Arrange practical pickups
Share every pickup address and the reporting time. For offices around Cyber City, Udyog Vihar or Golf Course Road, confirm the entrance and a suitable waiting point. For residential societies, check large-vehicle access with security. Confirm service availability for your exact location.
Multiple pickups can add time and distance. Consider a shared meeting point where passengers can board safely. Ask whether billing starts at the garage or your first pickup, and how the return distance is calculated.
Corporate and wedding travel
For office outings, appoint one coordinator and agree on departure, stops and return time. Request invoice requirements before booking. For weddings, provide hotel and venue addresses, event timings and the number of transfers. Check waiting charges and late-night arrangements. Overlapping transfers may require more than one vehicle.
Confirm seating and luggage space
Request the actual seating layout and recent vehicle photographs. Check whether the quoted capacity includes the driver. Confirm air conditioning, seat configuration and any requested facilities for the particular vehicle being offered.
For airport transfers, share the terminal, flight time and number of large suitcases. Agree on the meeting point, parking charges and delay waiting policy. A vehicle with enough seats may still have insufficient luggage space.
